User Guide
The Archive-It User Guide is the primary documentation for the Archive-It service. Here you can find detailed documentation on every aspect of the Archive-It system. It includes 'Getting Started' documentation covering everything from setting up and administering your account, to more advanced topics related to seed management and ongoing maintenance of your account.
Community Center
The Archive-It Community Center is a community based communications tool. It features posts by members of the Archive-It community. The posts relate to recent Archive-It announcements as well as discussions of best practices and practical tips that assist in resolving common issues.
Support Tickets
If you are unable to find the answer to your question in the User Guide or on the Community pages, you should submit a support ticket to the Archive-It staff through the Submit a Request link in the upper right-hand side of the page.
